Everyone was wondering as to what is China business
strategy. There have been so much speculated on this hallowed subject. Is China
following communism or capitalism? The puzzle was finally solved during the commemoration
event of the Sino - Japanese war that ended in 1945. Read for more:
As Xi Jinping was winding up his speech marking the
70th anniversary of the victory of the Chinese People in the war over Japanese
Fascism he purposely lets out the cat regarding his business strategy that
brought magnificent results during the post-war period. He said:
“Going forward, under the leadership of the
Communist Party of China, we, people of all ethnicities across the country,
should take Marxism-Leninism,
Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory, the important thought of Three
Represents and the Scientific Outlook on Development as our guide to action. We
should follow the path of socialism with Chinese characteristics, pursue the
four-pronged comprehensive strategy, and promote patriotism and the great
spirit of resisting aggression and forge ahead as one to reach our goals.”
You should agree with Xi Jinping that the three
important thoughts that led to the China Century are chronologically Marxism-Leninism
as the foundation, Thoughts of Chairman Mao Ste Tung as theoretical canvass and
the theory & practice introduced by Chairman Deng Xiaoping as the main drivers. Let me
show how these three concepts mattered:
Marxism-Leninism is the foundational concept in both political & economic ideology that enmeshed the theories of Karl Marx and Vladimir Lenin in the form of institution known as Communist Party to lead a social revolution in order to establish a socialist state using the strategy of centralism vested upon the shoulders of the Party apparatus. That encompassed all productive organs such as farms, factories, colleges so that the benefits accrue to every person.
Besides the simplicity & precision of the
thoughts of Mao Tse Tung, the fundamental focus was perched on distribution of economic
wealth across the nation. Mao
christened “The Great Leap Forward” as the initial five-year plan
launched in 1958 and followed suit in successive rollover plans in order to transform
China from an agrarian to an industrial economy.
Deng Xiaoping blended the Marxist-Leninist ideology
with Maoism as the guiding light and developed a practical approach towards political
and economic ideology that would bring about gradual prosperity and economic progress
through the principle of "Socialism
with Chinese Characteristics". Deng looked at modernization of four
key areas of economic activity inter-alia agriculture, industry, science & technology,
and national security. He looked forward to achieve a state of “Socialist
market Economy” under the oversight of the Chinese Communist Party.
Xi Jinping elected as the Chairman of Communist
Party of China and the President of China on 14 March 2013 is often compared to
Chairman Mao Tse Tung as the great helmsman oversaw rapid progress of the
country in in all six vectors, namely politics, economics, military, society, technology and
geography. Not to mention that he unveiled the right business strategy
to focus on the field of geoeconomics to “Make China Great Again”.
Cheers!
