American version of gang of four

During 1966 to 1976 China underwent Cultural Revolution where a group named as “gang of four” led by Jiang Qing last wife of Mao Zedong controlled Chinese Communist Party and the entire power structure to commit crime & excesses. This gang was eliminated on October 6, 1976. History is repeating now in USA. Read on: 

US foreign policy is now a fiefdom of four members of Kagan Family. Morphing into a new gang of four the family influences framing of American foreign policy towards all and sundry in the international arena. Their current project is regime change in Russia. Here is short review of the gang of four: 

Robert Kagan 

He has several feathers in his cap: co-founder of Project for the New American Century and senior fellow at the Brookings Institution, a noted think tank that oversees subjects including interventionism in the affairs of foreign countries, and member of the Council on Foreign Relations. He also serves in Foreign Affairs Policy Board, through which he has the ears of both Republicans and Democrats parties of USA.  Excellent academic credentials apart he has in his armoury wide network of administrators and policy makers having served in the State Department and a till pot of private and public sector entities for whom he has rendered advice and assistance. 

Victoria Nuland 

Known for her hot remarks made at the spur of the moment such as “fuck the EU” Nuland  has risen phenomenally in US diplomatic echelon serving in crucial posts to advance her pet project of American Neo-colonialism that seeks to overthrow rulers of countries that are perceived as opponents. She showed off her lobbying and organizing prowess while distributing cookies to the crowd in Ukraine maidan revolution in 2014. At present she functions as Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs.  Nuland has her hand full in bringing out regime change in Ukraine and now in Russia. Military affairs was also her forte, picked up during her tenure as US Permanent Representative to NATO. To cap it all she understands strategy very well as Distinguished Practitioner in Grand Strategy at Yale University. The heart of the matter is she is the wife of Robert Kagan.

Fred Kagan 

Resident scholar at the American Enterprise Institute and a former professor of military history at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, Fred Kagan who is Robert of Robert Kagan co-authored with his father, Donald Kagan, an explosive book titled “While America Sleeps: Self-Delusion, Military Weakness, and the Threat to Peace Today” advocating high military spending to ward off threats from both nuclear and non-nuclear enemies. He is considered to be the intellectual underpinning of the Kagan family as a whole. 

Kimberly Kagan

Married to Fred Kagan, Kimberly has specialised in military history and has taught at West Point well as in other universities. She founded and currently heads the Institute for the Study of War that promotes war as an instrument of coercion and control.

The common thread binding the gang of four is that all are propagandists to the hilt. They propagate war and aggression as the better policy alternative to Peace and development. Well wired into US congress they spew venom in the form of opinions, messages and proddings for war via main stream media, and social media outlets.
